I have a 22 Br and love it got three loads for it 50/53 gr vmax with 32 gr n135.fox vermin hate it 69 gr smk with 31 gr rl 15.very accurate target load

Hi Porkchop, i only have the one load for my BR, being a 1:12 twist the 55s work exceptionally well. With its excellent accuracy its good for any long range vermin up to 500yds after that i pull out the 257 Ian

Tend to use the 53 gr load no need for the 69 gr any more ,and the 50 was the first 100 that i loaded before i changed to the 53 gr .but shoots all three equally well ,going to change again though when these last few are used up.changing to 55 gr sbk as I'm moving away from vmax these days

I used 75g amax in my 1-9 22BR using N140 and it shot ok. Shoots better with the 53g Vmax though :-)
Has anyone tried 50g Sierra BK's?? I was going to try N135 with them to see how they go.

32.3 grn of Vit 135 behind 52 grn Berger Varmint is a fox worst nightmare. Chrono at 3810, so moving a bit. This load is over book but not compressed at all.
