My 260 loves 46g of N560 under a 140 Amax in a lapua case seated to 2.8 , I seat a fraction longer to mag length for a slight and I mean slight (possibly psycological ) improvement in grouping.
This is a HOT load , work up , it's your rifle and face !

I was out yesterday testing my loads but with 140gr Berger Hybrids as a direct replacement for the 142gr SMK, I didn't adjust the seating die and the hybrids just fit in the AX mags!. Well they show the similar pressures but slightly higher fps. I think I have settled on 47gr Hunter with the Berger Hybrid at 2987fps.... now that's a barrel burner! it is also slightly more accurate 4 through the same hole and 1 just touching!

44.7of reloader 19, lapau brass, fed primers and 140 grain A-Max, does about 2800, shoots better groups at this than any higher and hopefully should keep the barrel alive awhile!

43gr N160, SMK123gr runs at 2880fps in 27" barrel. Seated at 10" off fits nicely in m595 mag. Easy on my brass with legs for 1200yds+ a bit :-). Looks like mr donkey has aquired a taste for my 95gr Vmax......
